Get home and there’s no bacon on my BACON BURGER. They always forget to put sauces in the bag…. and napkins? Those apparently don’t exist here. I never leave reviews but it’s so frustrating that at least one thing will be messed up when I order from here. It’s definitely worth the drive to Franklin to order from that location.

I work in Oil City and went over 4 times to McDonalds to grab lunch. Every single time something was messed up, the last 3 times I requested hot mustard to dip my fries in, keep in mind they charge $.25 per dipping sauce. None of the times I have received the actual dipping sauce and they are so quick to throw the order out the window and shut it without asking any questions its embarrassing. and the lone other time I ordered a "sweet tea" and i received an unsweetened tea. I did not know it was that difficult to read a screen and fulfill an order, I completely understand mistakes happen, but they are 0/4, on reading an order correctly. It is frustrating.
