Since I always order the same meal ( tomato soup, tuna salad sandwich and something from the bakery) it’s easy for me to make comparisons. The Oakmont branch is far and away the best. They never skimp on the tuna salad and the soup is always good. And once when they were out of an extra item I ordered they sent me (I always use Uber Eats) a complimentary brownie and an apologetic note. I ordered in from another local Panera for years but since I discovered the Oakmont branch it is the only Panera I use. I like the quality of the food, their consistency, the quick preparation and delivery time.

The only reason for my low rating is because I keep getting expired fruit cups. Those things aren't exactly cheap, and this is the third time it's happened. One time, my cup wasn't even marked with the "use by" sticker. Today, Friday 11/14/25, the fruit cup was marked at prepared on Monday and to use by Wednesday 11/12/25. That's two days past its use by. The fact they they can't even keep track of clearly marked fruit cups makes me wonder about the freshness of their other food. Furthermore, when I tried to use the customer service options on their website, they wanted an order number I didn't have. I only have the Uber Eats number, nothing else. Pretty sure I'm done with this place. The prices are way too high to be giving me expired food.
