  Count your nuggets because these people went to west Allegheny and can’t count to ten. Also ask for sauce at the window because they’ll forget it.

  With the respect of an elder clerk man, the drive-thru clerk couldn't get the order correctly, I was shouting on the speaker with the code, and he didn't get it, he asked to take my order at the window, after I have reached the window, gave him another code after I lost the one with the offer, he was lazy punching another one or even welling or offered me to just punsh another order. It ended up he proceed with the wrong order he initially entered. It's a horrible experience. He looks stressed and the other clerk who handed the food. Management should do something to provide better coffee experience.. coffee is always not hot Conclusion: 1- A longer wait time on the drive-thru for just placing an order 2- I lost my offer duo to poor trained / unfriendly clerk Sorry to say, It's not a great look for mcdonald's

  I come here quite a bit, you will wait a long time even if it’s practically empty. I just waited 35 mins and got cold fries and 2 burgers that are cold and hard. The edges are like biting stone, like they’re burnt and the cheese is hard like it’s been sitting under the lamp…

  There is slow and then there is this McDonald's. I understand times get busy, but don't ever come here unless you want long waits for food that isn't hot.

  Forgot to add a water to my order so when I got to the window I asked them to add a water onto my order. I didn’t need a bottle of water, just a cup of ice water. The woman at the window was extremely rude when she informed me that they now charge for water then when I said that’s fine I’m not asking for a free water, I’ll pay for it she slammed the window shut. When she returned with my order I asked about paying for a water. She huffed, got the water, and said next time order it at the beginning because I can’t charge you for it up here. You need to check the attitude. Firstly, McDonald’s isn’t going to go into debt over one cup of water and furthermore I didn’t even want it for free. Thankfully my food was hot and fresh.
