  One of their machines are broken, which is a massive hazard for both guests and employees. Employees working long hours should not be subjected to such horrible and dangerous conditions. And quite frankly, neither should guests. Please fix whatever is broken.

  Well I was super excited to go here and get a dozen of the new assorted donuts and of course I get there and they are completely out of half of the flavors to begin with...I was okay with that, but then did not realize until I got home they gave me the hardest, stale, donuts that must have been sitting somewhere out for days, just out of carelessness..I didn't go back to the store bc it was a 40 minute drive back..I called there store everyday and got no answer..Then called customer care and now this is probably the 10th phone call I have made...The store is careless, management at the store is careless, and the upper management that oversees the store does not care as well...They keep saying we will send a follow up to the management and upper management, but they just ignore it in hopes that you will just get tired and stop calling...I definitely don't need to waste my time, driving, or money on a place that doesn't care and has just "okay" dohnuts when they want to give you fresh ones and not stale...If they act this way when a customer would just like a refund, imagine the carelessness that is happening in this work place...Yum yum, or duck donuts is much better and that will be my last purchase for good...✌️

  The staff is rude & always seems bothered that you’re there. I was told they didn’t have chocolate donuts, while directly at a chocolate donut….

  A few years ago tried Krispy Kreme donuts for the first time in Galway Ireland and thought they were really good! Today I decided to walk in to try them at this location. I ordered two donuts the Biscoff Cookie Butter filled and a chocolate iced with sprinkles which came to just under $5. The place seemed pretty clean, only a couple people in line when I got there, and the lady behind the counter was very kind in helping me with my order and even offered to give me a free hot glazed donut for it being my first time there. After seeing so many video online of others reviewing Krispy Kreme and trying their new flavors they alway looked so big and delicious. But to me they were smaller than I would have liked. I even had a hard time telling the difference between the minis and regular sizes at first glance. As far as the taste I will say the glazed was good, the Biscoff Cookie Butter filled donut was very good! and the chocolate iced was alright. The most disappointing thing to me really was the size. I just wish they were bigger for the same price. Yum Yums is still far better in my opinion; being twice as big, cheaper, and more satisfying. Will I come back here again? Yeah probably but only on rare occasions. This has nothing to do with the service I received either since my experience here was good here. It’s just the size to price ratio for Krispy Kreme isn’t entirely worth it to me. I would say Krispy Kreme is a bit better than Dunkin which I don’t go to either unless it’s the only option in the area. Yum Yums still takes the crown in making the best donuts 👑 and that’s where I will be going whenever I am craving a donut 🍩

  I wanted to treat my family to some Krispy Kreme doughnuts and the one that had been near us in Philadelphia is no longer open so we drove out to North Wales since we were also probably going to do some Christmas shopping. There’s a few people in front of us when we got there, so that was good because they gave us a chance to figure out what we wanted. We went there specifically for Snoopy donuts but they told us that they didn’t have any, but they had some of the other peanuts donuts like the Charlie Brown ornament and the Santa belly, etc. we ordered one box of the peanuts, inspired donuts and then we ordered another dozen of mixed donuts. The service was extremely slow, and the gentleman waiting on us really didn’t look like he knew what he was doing. There were some other employees milling around, but not really helping he started to ring us up and tell us the price and I’m trying to explain to him that I also wanted to order a coffee and it took him forever to bring it up and then he said he’d get me my coffee, but he was going to take the rest of the people in line 1st because of course a line built up. We sat down with our donuts, etc. and he took care of all the other people and I had a feeling I was not going to get the coffee so I went up and he asked me what I wanted and I said I would like the coffee that I ordered and then he was like oh And it was just an iced original glazed coffee with cream and sugar, and he took forever to finally get me a coffee and then he just pointed over to where there was sugar, etc., and told me that I had to put it in myself and then he apologize for the wait. He was very nice, but he mumbled everything. I could barely understand what he was saying, but I did realize he was apologizing so I just said thank you and I took it and sat down. We always love a good Krispy Kreme doughnut but unfortunately, the whole experience at this location very depressing and after spending almost $50 I don’t think I will be back at this Krispy Kreme anytime soon. It was nice though to see the gentleman making the donuts… That was kind of cool.
