    I went to chipotle for dinner tonight and was very disappointed in the amount of food I was given. For reference all I get in my bowl is rice, half chicken half steak, corn and medium salsa. There was more corn than anything else and about 5 pieces of chicken and steak combined. When I asked for adequate protein they told me they were gonna charge for double. there is no reason I should be getting charged $13 for five pieces of meat total.

    I had a very concerning experience at this location today. The employee preparing food was also working the register and did not change both gloves before returning to handle food. She only changed one. This is a major food safety violation and puts customers at risk for cross-contamination. When I pointed it out, the employee became visibly irritated and approached her manager with an attitude, as if the concern wasn’t valid. The manager also dismissed the issue at first and didn’t take it seriously. Only after I insisted did the employee finally change both gloves. The lack of proper hygiene, the unprofessional reaction from the staff, and the manager’s unwillingness to address a clear safety issue are unacceptable. Food safety is not optional, and customers should not have to advocate for basic sanitation.

    Not like it used to be. Not a clean atmosphere. Not a place i would go out of my way for. Ordered for my teens meal and then the lady just went right to the next person and took her order. Never asked if we were done. I hate being rushed. So saved myself $$ poor customer service. Food amt at any chipotle is never consistant. Always depends on the worker. It never fails, we watch an employee prepare the person before us and it looks like it could feed 3 ppl and then we get someone else and barely get enough for 1 person when trying to share 1 meal lol.

    FYI, you cannot order a chicken quesadilla because of the time it takes to make and would interfere with all the others in line. I was told to order through the app while standing in the store. See picture for amount of people in line. Chipotle do better.

    DO NOT GO HERE ! it's always an issue. I never write reviews but today I am. They give you small portions especially of rice and i was told they aren't allowed to give extra portions and only can give small portions. Ridiculous ! If I'm paying for it extra it shouldn't matter
