My friend order tacos the eggs were runny , I had chillin sea bass but I guarantee you that’s not what they served. Potatoes were instant horrible salty . Everything too over seasoned. Would not go back. You contacted me and gave me a web site to go to and theres nothing there . What a joke .

The soup my husband ordered was cold and the lobster which said 6oz but it maybe 3 Oz at best & Filet the was supposed to 7oz but was maybe 4oz and way over cooked. I had the blacked tuna and the sauce they used over powered everything on the plate. For the cost it was disappointing. However the server was very friendly and attentive but the kitchen clearly needs some work it wasn't even that busy. I would recommend going there for drinks as they drinks were great however if you are wanted a nice steak or lobster I would recommend finding a different restaurant.

My wife and I met in the restaurant business over 30 years ago. Frank (the owner) is doing something very right. Ben, our server, was exceptional - no easy feat when the place was full on a Saturday night (also impressive in a tight economy). The energy was calm yet festive, the flow remarkably even, given how busy they were. We were a party of 6 with very elderly parents, and this was challenging on a few levels, yet Ben didn't miss a beat and made sure we were taken care of. Food was good, pasta dishes should not have been kept under the warmer (resulting in lukewarm, yet still delicious, food). Complimentary strawberries and whipped cream for the birthday guests was a nice touch. Excellent service with decent food is remembered long after amazing food coupled with mediocre (or worse) service. We'll be back.

We tried to get a table. They weren't particularly busy when we came in. I asked for a low top because I'm disabled - specifically told them I'm disabled so I need a low tob -they said no problem, 5-10 minute wait. Perfect. They go to seat us after exactly 10 minutes. Fantastic. But then a different woman leads us to a high top. I tell her what I said to the hostess about needing a low top and she gets flustered then says to wait a minute. We walk back with her to the hostess we spoke to and she says if we want a low top, it'll be 20 minutes. After we already waited 10. She then treats us like we're the problem. No apologies, just complete lack of accountability or sympathy. There's a reason I generally don't prefer this chain - ableism seems to run rampant. I'd rather spend my money where they won't discriminate against me for being disabled.

Aside from Jess being such a great server, this restaurant is AMAZING! My family and I have always loved Bone Fish Grill, we’ve always dined at the location in Willow Grove and decided to change locations as service declined at our favorite location. Jess was patient and kind. She checked in on us frequently and made sure each and every one of us were cared for. I’ve never experienced this level of care at a restaurant and as a customer service worker myself I don’t always look for it because I understand how stressful the job can be. There are some people who look at each group as a new opportunity to make someone’s day and personally I think that’s apart of Jess’s outlook for her job. Thank you Jess!!
