  What a delightful and delicious experience ! My husband had never been and the staff were so cool, patient and hilarious! Shout out to Yanil, Makai, Gavin and chef Devonte! We both had bowls and pita … 10/10! So flavorful and the fellas there made it FUN! We will be back; probably weekly as long as that squad is present ! Cava with the W!

  I had a great experience thanks to Gavin and Kamorah. Gavin made sure everything was prepared perfectly and kept things moving smoothly, while Kamorah was friendly and attentive. Their positive attitudes made the whole visit enjoyable. It’s always nice to see a team that works so well together and the food was great too, especially the pita chips.

  Very horrible service. That lady was extremely rude and doesn’t know how to treat customers at all. She lied and said she gave me extra falafel. I told her twice that there were only two, but she still opened my bowl without wearing gloves. I’m shocked that she would touch food without gloves. She was very, very rude to customers. I don’t think the manager is even taking care of this issue. It was night mare. That lady deserves training for sure. Manager should look at her. They charged entire 17$ for this kind of horrible service with very disgusting food.

  I had such a great experience at CAVA thanks to three amazing team members — Preston, Asher, and Luke. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They took the time to explain the menu, offered great suggestions, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Preston was super friendly and kept the line moving smoothly while still giving everyone great service. Asher had awesome recommendations and helped me build one of the best bowls I’ve had there. Luke made sure everything was fresh, organized, and checked in to make sure my order was perfect. It’s rare to see a team work together so well while also making customers feel genuinely appreciated. The food was great, but the service from Preston, Asher, and Luke made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
