Hands down this was the ABSOLUTE WORST fast food experience I have ever had!!!!!!!!!!!
Before I walked into the building I overheard one woman say to another woman...."you better pack a lunch before you go in there!"....and that was indicative of the start of my horrendous experience there!!!!!
While standing at the counter to place my order...no..."Thank you for coming to Wendy's how may I take your order?" Instead I received a half-hearted no smile NO EYE CONTACT.....yeah???
That's all....yeah!!!
My 1st question was...."do you give military discounts?" The person in front of me said nothing....didn't even look up....just stood there staring at the screen waiting for me to place my order. So....not knowing if they heard me the first time I again asked...."do you give a military discount?" This time the response was..."I heard you!" As if to say I heard you and ignored you the first time you asked!
Next....for health reasons I monitor my intake of salt so I ordered fries with no salt.....well after standing waiting my turn to grab my food and SEVERAL pissed off customers who proceeded me because their orders were wrong...they called out my name and wouldn't you know it....my fries had salt on them which meant I had to stand longer to wait for fresh fries without salt on them only making my burger cold by the time I got to it!!!!
But it gets worse!!!!!
After placing my tray on the table I went to the condiment counter for catchup BOTH CONTAINERS were inoperable!!!!
One had no nozzle at all and the other had no smaller nozzle to force the catchup down instead catchup was forced straight ahead!!!! (Pictures will be included)
BUT IT GETS WORSE!!!!!!
After eating half of a cold burger and a few of my fries I decided to go to the restroom to wash my hands and that bathroom was utterly disgusting!!!!!!!
There was feces on the inner toilet bowl and on the underside of the seat!!!!! The floor was dirty with a spent toilet paper holder on the floor plus pieces of toilet paper all around the toilet!!!! (Pictures to follow)
Then on my way out the supply closet which I assumed was for cleaning supplies was wide open just waiting for an unsuspecting child to have access to potentially dangerous chemicals!!!!!
Wendy's you should be ashamed of yourself!!!!! Such an iconic restaurant yet you fell tremendously short on a multitude of levels!!!!!
Things turned out to be so disgusting that I actually had to take pictures to document my disgustingly lack luster experience!!!!!
Hire new Management.....Hire new Staff.....Clean your place up....display REAL & GENUINE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
Stay away!!!!!! Stay far far away!!!!!

Ok this is a new review because something dramatic happened with this Wendy’s and it has become a spectacular location that I will always choose to go over any other even if it’s out of my way! This store used to have the absolute most ridiculous insane lines and wait times and the most absolutely rude ignorant uncaring staff and I don’t know if it was new management new ownership or what that turned it around but I hope that everybody who works there gets to read this and sees and knows that anybody who comes through is so very grateful for the change and that you guys do an absolutely spectacular job with always having fresh food making the full menu available until late being open as late as you are and still serving each customer with a kind friendly cool attitude and smile right up until close! I really hope that all of you get some kind of decent raise this year because you seriously deserve it and should be rewarded for the great effort that you put in in an industry that seemingly is being filled with more and more barely living warm bodies! There is almost never anything missing or an incorrect item and everything is always about as fresh as I think that it can be made and it means more than anything to me because I am addicted to chocolate Frosty’s, that you guys keep that machine up and running until late so I can still get my frosty when needed! You’re def the best Wendy’s there is!!!

Whoever the lady is that works the drive thru in the evening has a very unprofessional tone of voice when dealing with customers. The moment you pull up she sounds as if she has an attitude all the time and does not need to work the window.
