My bagel was literally raw inside, the bread bowl had a peep hole to get my spoon in and out, they cleared my order as "ready" long before it ever was. Super disappointed as Panera is typically my go-to place for fresh and yummy food.

Thursday, my order was in two separate bags-- which is fine but the second bag was not labeled and didn't want to grab someone else's bag, so I had to call the store and go back to Panera to pick it back up, which the employees then wrote my name on the bag to have in the back. Not a big deal but an easy fix if you write names on the bags or print an extra receipt. Today, I ordered the same exact salad, except I ordered extra cheese. There was hardly any cheese or chicken on the salad but mainly croutons. I paid extra to receive less. I would rather drive an extra 15 minutes to another location that I can rely on providing quality food. The pictures are from today's visit, 2/7. I just ordered this salad two days ago and is usually my order every time, but the quality of the food has definitely decreased.
