No fue un trato respetuoso.” The food is good, but I had an unpleasant experience with the staff. They mocked my English and made me feel uncomfortable for being Hispanic. It was not respectful treatment.

  If I'm paying > $2 per hardshell taco with only meat and lettuce, the least you can do is give me shells that aren't stale. I love their new on-site marketing material mentioning how "Tacos are the new flowers" which translates in my head to "our food is overpriced". The total cost of our order for 2 people was nearly $30 which included 5 tacos, a Mexican pizza, burrito and a soft drink. My wife couldn't finish her Mexican pizza because it tasted bad - stale and had a "chemical" taste to it. I despise the self ordering system which takes way longer than just telling a cashier what I want. Stop trying to upsell stuff to me that I don't want so I can complete my order quicker. It would be great if the floors weren't sticky...so annoying walking out with sticky shoes. Next time we get an urge for tacos, I'll just take us to an authentic Mexican restaurant instead.

  There was taco sauce all over the walls, floor and toilet! The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a month or more. Sauce all over the soda counters and trash everywhere. Waited 10m for a worker to answer a question, only to be ignored. Each worker ignored customers like none of us were there. All they seemed to care about was the drive through and talking among one another. Never got a receipt emailed to us. 😐😐😔😔🤯🤯 Wasn't expecting fine dining behavior but at leAst show some level of decency for the customers in the store??? The meal we ordered came with two tiny chulipas taste was good but two bite size not hardly worth $9. Not our normal Taco Bell experience at all.
