  This was probably the worst experience I have ever had here at a Panera. My son and I came in for our mommy son date and I asked the curly haired cashier (robin) if someone could bring our food to our table when its done because ny hands were full (my toddler doesn't stay still, so its a struggle). Recept was printed at 1:42pm and sat there waiting for my food. So my son and I ate our cookies first while waiting. The cashier ensured me that he would tell someone to bring our food over or that he would personally bring it to me. Traveling out with a toddler is hard enough so I asked the basic. Overall, food was room temp, grilled cheese was globy and cold and the onky thing that was hot was the soup (barely). I should have just ate Sonic instead. Terrible experience. Well , I can cross Panera off my list of fast food places to not eat at again!

  Panera is my “go to” for lunch with friends. It’s easy to order online, there’s a good selection of food and the prices are reasonable. I prefer choosing my own seat and the atmosphere is casual but comfortable. This is not fine dining so be prepared to pick up your order and bus your tray. For me, it is the best compromise between a cafeteria and a restaurant.

  Bad service, the manager Ricardo, should be fired extremely bad service refused to take my order. Would not recommend go to Friendly's instead

  One of the best Panera experience so far. In fact all Panera places do pretty well. Awesome service right from helping with menu selection, to serving till your last bite. It helps to connect you with yourself while you enjoy tasty and healthy meal quietly. Love Panera!
