When we picked it up, one kids’ meal and the chili were missing. We were dining in, sitting right in front of the counter, so I went up and mentioned it. Instead of apologizing, the staff said, “I saw our employee put it in, but I’ll just give it to you.” — which came off as quite rude. Mistakes happen, but the attitude really matters. On top of that, some of the customized items and paid add-ons were missing too. I didn’t want to make a scene, so I just let it go, but this experience was really disappointing. I hope they can work on better attention to orders and customer service.
