After the chipotle bag broke and I asked for a replacement for the food that fell on ground, the manager debated me, and said it was my fault while one of the female employees mocked me. I have never had such a terrible experience with poor customer service. This staff needs training on respect to customers immediately. These workers were unpleasant and rude. I contacted customer service and my food replacement was given- but that is not what this review is about. It is about the disrespect from the employees.

But I’ve never had one so poorly run that I’d rather drive 30 minutes to another location. Newtown is a great area, there’s really no excuse for this location to be this disorganized every single time. You have one job. This is embarrassing for the brand.
