  We LOVE Cava!! My husband has Celiac and we've been to other locations many times. The first girl to help really couldn't answer his questions and quickly got someone who could. The man that helped was great!!! He made my husband's bowl. (I WOULD GIVE HIM 5 STARS.) The young lady who helped me through the line seemed as if she was being bothered by doing her job. (THIS IS WHY I GAVE 3 STARS.) They were out of quite a bit of toppings & we were told that they got busy & couldn't keep up. There were quite a few people working, so maybe with time they will iron out these kinks. All of the tables were dirty & the garbage was overflowing. By that time, they were not busy & I observed staff standing around & talking with each other. My overall feeling was, "This location is not being managed." We love the food & will certainly give them time to smooth things out.

  Workers are very kind and helpful, a lot of these reviews are people complaining about stock, they are a new restaurant probably still in the middle of hiring and are trying their best to keep up, reminder of what you say because a lot of fast food workers and servers are teenagers they’re kids they’re trying their best with a busy brand new restaurant. The food is amazing I personally recommend the steak with the garlic sauce, the manager was very kind and helpful and apologetic to me for not having the toppings. They’re trying their best let’s try not to be so harsh to these employees and cut them some slack, they just opened and it’s consistent business, in a month or two this restaurant will have everything together, it just takes time, as someone who has opened a restaurant, I hope the best for you guys at cava I had an amazing experience 🙏

  I’ve come here three times this week after work because the food is amazing, only problem is that nothing is in stock! blonde girl that was finishing off my bowl didn’t even look me in the eyes or give me a smile. i felt very unwanted and uncomfortable. why hire teenagers who don’t even treat others with respect? they didn’t have my sauce that i usually get, any cucumbers, and no cucumbers tomato mixer and when i questioned the worker she just rolled her eyes and threw the bowl into its place. i understand it’s not her fault but i was just asking when they’ll have it in stock. i went to go fill up my small cup with soda but it was out and squirted all over my shirt! a worker saw and didn’t say a word while changing the trash. embarrassing. my bowl taste absolutely awful, i can’t believe i paid 15 dollars for something i didn’t even come here for. i work in the food industry and it is given to have everything ordered and in stock, customer service should be number one priority. i shouldn’t be scared to ask for my bowl remade. don’t come here, unless you want a refund.

  The food here is absolutely fantastic, flavors are always very good and never had an issue with that. I’m not sure if every cava does this or not but my issue is their portion sizes. They fill the whole bowl with rice and then put the smallest amount of toppings into your bowl especially the protein. If you make paying extra money for the meat they’re choosing, you should be getting a decent portion of it. I’m disappointed because I really really enjoy the food here but paying what I do for a bowl and getting mostly rice isn’t acceptable.

  I love Cava and was so excited to hear that one was opening up in the area. Unfortunately, it seems like they opened too early and their staff could use more guidance. I went at 11:30am on a Sunday and was surprised to see how many options were unavailable throughout the entire ordering process. Multiple sauces were unavailable and the associate didn’t look for more or let any employee know they were out, instead he suggested I get a different one. The pita chips were unavailable as well so I started eating my meal without them. When I went to fill up my drink cup, the top to the giant lemonade dispenser was on the counter with almost no forks available. I can understand that it’s hard to train a new staff but to pay full price for a meal where a lot of the options weren’t available, and the portion was the smallest portion I’ve ever received at a Cava, I left disappointed. Fingers crossed they can get into a better flow.
