It seems to always happen at breakfast and I am done trying. It’s either understaffed or disinterested staff that’s causing this issue. Either way management needs to address it because I like others I’ve spoken with are simply not going to go there anymore. This has been an ongoing problem that I’ve experienced consistently for at least the last six weeks and I’ve had it this franchise location will not get my money anymore. Simply put waiting in a drive-through line for longer than 10 minutes without the line moving means that there’s serious issues that are not being addressed at this franchise location.
