  The service, presentation, cleanliness and quality at this location deserves a 5 star review. Each time I have visited this location for lunch 1 am warmly welcomed by Jessica & Gissell . (I hope I got their names correct. )They are so friendly and offer great suggestions. I'm so glad we have a cava in newtown with great employees. Also, my avocado is always perfectly ripe.lol but I really appreciate that!

  Ooh. Tonight was not good. I guess it was just really busy but anything that requires preparation and planning was just missing. Ice machine, empty. Straws and forks, empty. Most of the Cava-only drinks, empty. The staff didn't seem to work as a team as much as a bunch of individuals who might have been told in a video that teamwork is cool if you feel like it. Food was ok, but the pita crunch was stale and since when does any place give only two falafel as a serving??? Four or five is typical. It ain't meat guys. It's chickpeas and flour, it just about the cheapest food on earth. Don't be so stingy, it's just nasty.

  Stopped in for the first time and I have to say, the food was outstanding. And with it being my first time here the staff was very helpful with explaining the different items to me.

  Delicious, fresh, clean, with nice array of flavorful protein options, sides and even 4 different types of greens and a few grains! I ordered a custom bowl and my partner ordered the Greek pita and we both loved the flavors - both separately and combined they were excellent, a nice mix and balance of savory, spicy (but not too much), acidic and creamy, and even a little sweetness. Nothing was too overbearing, portion was just right for me, and it was priced right. Will be back.

  Listen… I did NOT expect to walk into Cava and have a borderline spiritual experience, but here we are. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First off, the vibe? Immaculate. Soon as you walk in, it’s like the universe whispers, “yeah… you’re about to eat GOOD.” The staff behind the counter moving like a well-oiled machine—scooping, sprinkling, drizzling like they’re in some kind of fast-casual Olympics. And somehow they’re still nice?? Like not fake nice either, real “I hope your day gets better with this hummus” energy. Now let’s talk about the food because OH. MY. I built my bowl like a mad scientist with a flavor degree. Rice? Fluffy. Greens? Fresh enough to make me consider turning my life around. That spicy lamb meatball situation?? Yeah, whoever invented that deserves a raise, a trophy, and maybe a small parade. I threw on some tzatziki, a little harissa, feta—basically everything except self-control. And when I tell you every bite slapped… I mean it had hands. Flavor jumping out like “SURPRISE, you got taste buds don’t you??” I was sitting there mid-bite like, “Dang… this is what being an adult is about??” Also, can we appreciate how you can pretend you’re being healthy while absolutely loading your bowl? Like yeah, technically it’s greens…but it’s also a full-blown flavor party and I’m the VIP. Portion size? Generous. They did not play me. Bowl was heavy enough to count as a light workout walking back to my seat. Price? Honestly fair because I left emotionally fulfilled. That’s priceless. Only complaint? I ate it too fast. That’s on me though, not them. Self-control left the chat. Final verdict: If you haven’t been to Cava yet, what are you even doing? Go get you a bowl, live your best life, and thank me later. 10/10, no notes, I will absolutely be back acting like it’s my first time all over again.
