  I put an order in on a Thursday night to pick up on Saturday night. I went to the store at my pickup time and my order was not even ready. I thought by placing an order well in advance it would be ready. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes while they made the sandwich’s. Other people came in and received their sandwich’s freshly made while I was waiting. Totally unacceptable.

  We are not hosting Thanksgiving tomorrow so we wanted to try a Pilgrim hoagie from Primo's this evening. It did not disappoint. The roll was fresh and the hoagie ingredients were perfect. Delicious turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce. It's called the Pilgrim and if you ask me it's 100% better than the Bobby from Capriotti's or any copy cat from Wawa. Try it and Happy Thanksgiving to all! Great staff here btw and very clean inside.

  First time at this location and will definitely be my go to place. The Veggie Diablo and Cheesesteak were made to perfection and were both delicious. The staff was super friendly.

  Takes forever just to get a sandwich. Very dissatisfied with the level of professionalism. Not greeted when entered. Was asked to wait which is fine but as soon as we waited near the counter to order rather than greeted. Service is slow. Very upsetting. Won’t be back because of a twenty five minute wait.
