- PPPhilly PhoodieJan 31, 20263.0The egg sandwiches are the only good thing here. Bagels arent bad, but you will get totally skimped on cream cheese, even when you ask for extra!! There is literally a skimming and you can see through the cream cheese to the bagel - this has happened to me multiple times now and I'm done trying. Staff isn't super friendly, but we have gotten orders fairly quickly. Very disappointing for a bagel shop.

- CSC SNov 23, 20253.0We try to like this place, however we stood in front of the register, waited several minutes, no one acknowledged us, said hello, or asked us to hold on, several of the staff saw us and put items on the register where we were waiting but blatantly ignored us. Customers understand you're busy, a simple acknowledgement and be right with you goes a long way in a customer-service based industry. Will most likely visit another quick eatery establishment in Newtown next time.
