- CEChristian ExumFeb 18, 20261.0Im not one to leave negative reviews, typically I either give 5 stars or if I had a bad experience I just never go back, but I have to let everyone know that this is not the place to spend your money! The entire staff look miserable and you can taste it in the food and feel it in their service. It’s very disappointing because Chipotle use to be my go to spot, but I can honestly say this might be my last time eating there.

So, my daughter loves their chicken burrito and I figured I would try a burrito since the only thing I’ve eaten from Chipotle is the chips and guacamole(I do like). First thing I noticed when I walked in was the place was filthy!!! Dirty tables, floor and the soda area were disgusting!!! The guy that helped us was fine so that was a plus! I went with a steak burrito, some hard rice, caso, a corn mix and black beans. The steak was chewy and again the rice was semi-hard…thank you🤷🏾!! Not impressed at all!! My daughter claims I need to try a chicken burrito and after tonight I don’t believe that I do!! Listen folks…I’m Joe Joe on Google and reviews are my game but I should have checked the reviews and only I am to blame!!! Now I sit on my couch with that burrito in my gut and now it’s time to have two cookies and a cup of Chock-Full Of DEEEZ Nuts(coffee that is)!!!!

- VWVicki WuJan 12, 20261.0Probably the worst Chipotle I've been to but unfortunately this is the closest to where I live. They always mess up my order and almost always don't have fajitas. Many times the rice is too hard. I've complained via Pepper (online help) and they always say they'll relay the feedback to the restaurant but it's been like 2 years and it's never gotten better. So disappointed and wish this Chipotle was more aligned with the brand/chain.
