    Had a really great experience for my first time visiting any Cava location. Maya greeted me and was very helpful, informative with the menu and what’s offered. The food was fresh flavorful and delicious! Will be coming back to this location. Huge shoutout to Maya

    Came in today and I have to say it was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had thanks to Rikaya the young woman that works the front. She has by far the best customer service I’ve ever seen. She went out of her way to make my experience better and not only me but my entire family. I will definitely be back. Never going to a different location again.

I recently visited CAVA for the first time, and I was truly impressed with the outstanding customer service by Tee The representative helping me took time out of her day to walk me through the entire menu since I was a new customer. She was incredibly friendly, polite, and patient, and I never once felt rushed while I was deciding what to order. She also gave me some great recommendations, which made my first experience even better. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making sure customers feel comfortable and well taken care of. Her warm attitude and willingness to help definitely made my visit memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back—CAVA has earned a new loyal customer! 🙌✨
