    Our order was fast & accurate, but the Sprite for my HAPPY MEAL had MOLD floating in it. The kid's cups are white, so it was easily seen, but most of the cups are clear, and would allow you to drink the mold right down without noticing.

    Food was barely warm. Burger was falling apart in box. Ignored by several staff members when asking for ketchup. Automated ordered system was out of paper and did not provide receipt.

    I first walked in to the kiosk ordered my food when I got the receipt. The receipt was blank. I didn’t get a printed receipt so I asked the lady that was there. She stubbed her nose and kept right on walk and didn’t even help me! Then I had to wait about 10 minutes to get my food while I’m waiting all they’re doing behind the counter and in the back part where they make the food is staying around talkingevery single person that was working there had no motivation whatsoever absolutely disgraceful McDonald’s organization on a fire everyone of those people I don’t plan on going back anytime soon at this McDonald’s

    This location is HORRENDOUS! We waited over 40 mins after pulling over from the drive thru. Finally went inside to see if they forgot about us. Multiple people were inside also waiting. Someone waiting had the wrong order, they had ours , person at counter dumped it all into another bag and gave to us (after it had sat 30mins+). Truly the worst location in existence. Management should all be fired and start over or better yet close down and put in a Wendy's. We already reported to corporate, they don't care. If everyone with a bad experience at this location actually left a review they would have 1 star. They add the summit feedback to most low reviews, does nothing unfortunately.
