Second time I got their iced coffee with liquid cane sugar and it’s so bitter, it’s unedible…the macchiato had espresso grounds on the bottom of the cup. Got a matcha with chocolate cold foam, for it to be 30% matcha 10% air then 60 percent cold foam? I was shift lead at my last location and know for a fact that it should not be this way. Spent 12 dollars for bean water. Sorry not coming back.
