- APAlyssa PrittsDec 10, 20251.0I have come to this subway since I move up here 4 years ago usually no problems me and my boyfriend came in today bc I wanted subways he did not so he was unsure of what he wanted and took longer and the woman who helped me was so nice and attentive then another older woman comes out and started helping other people as her regulars and is so nice to them then she gets to my boyfriend who sandwich she yelled at him to tell her what he wanted they said I can’t hear you speak up then loudly said thank god we’re not busy like we were the only ones there you took care of your regulars before us and we were in line first and she was so rude and unprofessional and to top it off I bought a drink they never gave me the cup and I didn’t realize till I got home that woman has no customer service skills it’s ridiculous

Do not recommend going to this one. Ask for a replacement and she said no because it was already toasted which it wasn’t unless they’re toaster is not working.

The second one, he opened it and the first bite he pulled out two hairs. Tried calling to complain and I just get a long tone at the end of the call as they don’t answer. No way to leave a message. Will not be giving them a third chance.
