  Every time we go to this place we are missing something in our order. Went on Saturday November 15th. Ordered a quarter pounder w/ cheese and 2-10 piece mcnuggets. The guy ask what sauce I wanted. I said honey and honey mustard. I get home and in my bag is my sandwich and 1- 10 piece mcnugget. With honey and honey mustard sauce. WHERE IS MY OTHER 10 PIECE MCNUGGET. I'M DONE WITH MCDONALD'S

  I used to go to this McDs every Saturday at around 5:15. For the past month and a half they are no longer open at 5??? If this is the case why not update the times at the store or on the website? They say McDs is going bankrupt, I didnt believe it. I guess I do now. I guess I'll go to Burger King from now on. On that note, its probably time to sell my McDs stock as well. It's not looking good, and this is from a lifetime McDs customer. I used to love it. Now I dont even know what it is.

  They're shorthanded, like most fast food places. Service extremely slow. Food is never hot, and it seems like it's all McDonald's. There is nothing about McDonald's that is fast food. It's better to go through the drive-thru then to go inside simply because they are more focused on the drive-thru because of time frames this is because managers in GMS get bonuses. If they keep the drive-thru down I believe it's under a 3-minute window that's from the time they hit the sensor at the ordering speaker to when they get their food and leave the drive-thru. I think it's sad that in the lobby they don't even like making eye contact with you they're so focused on the drive-thru. I very rarely eat fast food and I can honestly say it was a disappointment. As a kid / teenager I remember going to McDonald's and it was truly 100% fast food, like I said there's nothing fast about it these days

  I can promise you, there is a very good chance you will have a poor experience here. It is a very regular thing to have extremely long wait times, you will also not even get an apology for the wait. If your order actually takes a normal amount of time to receive, it will probably be messed up in some way. This is no exaggeration. Unfortunately all the other McDonald's in the area are also operated in the same way. I would recommend going somewhere else unless you are absolutely set on McDonald's.

  ⭐ 1 Star Review 📍 McDonald’s — New Oxford, PA 🗓️ Visit Date: Tuesday, October 21st, around 5:45 PM (Dinner shift) I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this visit was so frustrating and unacceptable that it needs to be shared. I arrived at McDonald’s in New Oxford around 5:45 p.m. and placed my order at the self-service kiosk. I grabbed table tag #20, sat down, and waited for my food like usual. What followed was nearly 40 minutes of waiting for a simple order that never came. After about 30 minutes, I walked up to the front to check on my food. There was no one at the register, so I had to flag down a worker. I politely asked about my order and whether I could get a discount for the excessive wait time. She looked at me, acknowledged me, and then simply walked away without saying a single word. I then asked another woman for help. She brushed me off, said she didn’t know anything about my order, and ignored my request for a discount as well. When she returned, I asked to speak with the manager—only to find out she was the manager, and her name was Tammy. When I expressed how frustrated I was with the poor service, Tammy’s response was: “If you think you can do better, then you come in and run the McDonald’s.” That’s not just unprofessional—it’s downright disrespectful to a paying customer who had already been waiting nearly 40 minutes without food. At that point, I asked for a full refund. Tammy spent about two minutes messing with the register before telling me to tap my card to complete the refund. The worst part? There were 12–15 employees working in the back, several other customers also waiting on their food for a long time, and absolutely no communication or sense of urgency from the staff. No apology. No accountability. No customer service whatsoever. I’ve eaten at this location several times, and the service has consistently been horrible, but this visit was the worst by far. This is clearly a management and staffing issue—not a one-time mistake. ⚠️ If you value your time, avoid this location at all costs. There are plenty of other McDonald’s nearby that treat their customers with basic respect and efficiency.
