  Every single time I go there they mess up my order. EVERY TIME! So I guess it’s on me for going back and thinking they’d eventually get it right. I have no idea how the manager allows the absolute lack of urgency and accuracy. Waited over 10 mins just for them to take my order and money. Then yet again my order is wrong. Please get an entirely new staff and a manager who actually cares. Place is a joke.

  Ordered the 6$ meal deal, They were not busy and I waited for a while. By the time I got me sandwich and coffee, my coffee wasn't the right order I placed. So I had to wait a little more until that was corrected. No biggie. But my main issue is why the window lady is so rude!? Very dry personality. When I finally received everything, I went to bite into my sandwich. Eww This is not the first time, but for some odd reason, why does my sandwich taste like chemicals? Kinda bleachy or metallic taste? I get Dunkin at the Gettysburg location and littlestown location. Hands down, littlestown is my favorite. I'm just curious why new Oxford food tastes like this? I'm not the only one who thinks this. I tried to give this location another chance but after this happened a couple times before, I will not go to this location again 😔

  I stopped here in the morning. There were 4 cats infront of me. It took 10 minutes to get through the line. 4 cars! Thats crazy. When I got to the window I saw an older gentleman at the window looked to be the manager on duty. Well he was running around in total chaos like hw has no idea what was going on. I got 1 donuts and a bottle of water and that took 3 minutes at the window alone. Seems like he doesn't know how to give direction to utilize his team to maximize efficiency. I won't be returning ti this location. I will use Carlise St from now one. This one is so slow and so unorganized.

  I ordered on Friday, October 31st and Brittany made my order perfect!! I ordered again today, Saturday, November 1st and my refresher was 3/4 green tea with barely any flavor at all. Brittany is really good at making drinks, but whoever made them on Saturday has no idea what they’re doing. It’s supposed to be 2/3 concentrate 1/3 green tea. If I wanted a large green tea then I would’ve ordered a large green tea, which would’ve been cheaper than the $5 drink I paid for, but I didn’t so why did you make it wrong?
