  The manager lady has no business being in charge. She has an attitude when called out about the terrible service. Food is always missing when you do the drive thru plus cold. They close the lobby early whenever they feel like it is my guess.. She needs removed because that Wendy’s has went way down hill. Maybe a Dei hire ?

  How in the world can a fast food franchise store be so consistently awful? Tarentum Bridge Road store has got to be the worst fast food resturant I have ever patronized. TODAY WAS THE LAST TIME! No coffee @ 8:30am but still charged me for it! Every trip there is a problem! DONE!

  Food and service get an A+! This was my first time at this Wendy’s location and the food and service were wonderful! What was confusing to me was how stark the dining room was. There weren’t a lot of people in there while we were there, but it looked like it could use a little more wall art or something. Very bare. They did put up some Easter and St. Patrick’s Day decorations, but it was the very bare minimum. On a regular basis, it just didn’t seem welcoming somehow. Again, the service and food were excellent so if they worked on the dining area, I think it would complete the package. Would return! Delivery Drive-through Onsite services Takeout Dine-in Breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. Great coffee. Good for kids with high chairs and kids menus. Free parking lot onsite. Restrooms. Credit and debit cards accepted. *Wheelchair accessible entrance, parking lot and restroom

  I would advise against ordering from this location as part of my order was the chicken wrap the chicken inside was like chewing on gravel I looked and the chicken looked as if it was severely overcooked or that it was sitting on the heater for hours and the fries were soggy straight mush it seemed like it was just sitting in a puddle of grease. Now I liked going there for years and kept getting bad orders but this is the final bad order, I like the food when it's fresh not on the heater for hours.

  They have a sign right in front of the register saying since pennies are discontinued all transactions will be rounded DOWN to the nearest nickel. My change should have been 14 cents, but instead of giving me 15cents the girl gave me a dime. I asked about it and she said "oh we don't do that anymore". Yes it's only 4 cents, but if they are serving 1000 orders a day, that's $40 a day customers are getting ripped off. Not to mention that I save all of my change, but the issue isn't the amount of money. The issue is that they are ripping people off every transaction they complete. Whether it's 1 cent or 1 dollar, they need to adjust their prices so totals don't have to include pennies instead of just ripping people off
