  Floors are always sticky as if they don't mop at all, mold underneath their freezers and pop machine, the pop machine also takes oddly like chemicals. They never have a set staff, anytime we go in theres new people and we never see them again. Honestly reminds me of the dq in burks county. .. Odd they seem to only have young teenage girls working all the time. No adults what so ever.

  My main complaint as a person who has worked in food service was the disregard for food safety. I saw multiple people with their phones while preparing food which is a huge issue as phones tend to have more bacteria than a literal toilet seat. Also way to many people had drinks in hand or on food prep stations which also is an invitation for bacteria. I was doordashing recently and I had to wait for at least 10minuets for a mini blizzard... and that was after waiting for an employee to come and take the order and she was rude abt it too. I normally have sympathy for a lot of this stuff but this is a well staffed store! There are way more employees than I work with in food services. I have to say Im glad I was only a dasher because I probably would have gotten sick from the poor food safety! Who knows how bad the grill food safety is!

  So, I really do like anything we ever get...which is some kind of ice cream and cheese curds. We always get a large. 50% of the time they send a small. And then for the ice cream- the maple milkshakes for example are always different. Sometimes it is like they have the cookie crumbles in it, other times it tastes like plain ice cream. The banana split, we have ordered it and it be sent upside down. The blizzards- sometimes they are great, and other times there is badicallu nothing in them(and to make it clear, I dont like obnoxious amounts of stuff in my ice cream, just a regular blizzard). I will say i have heard management try to explain to them nicely what they've done wrong and that they need to next time do xyz and I appreciate fhe kindness to their staff to try and solve the problems. I just wish it would stick. I dont expect anybody to be perfect...but like. Some of the stuff is pricey. So to get a small, instead of a large- it is frustrating. We dont even say anything 75% of the time anymore.

  The ice cream is good. The food is horrible tho. Like I got food poisoning from that stuff. Don’t eat the burgers. Oh also they gave 2 pup cups to my dog so the workers are very nice P.S bring back the mixing bowl mashup and I’ll change my review

  Very .very clean Everytime. Staff is very friendly as well as managers/owners. I visit here frequently.
