I had a comp card from a different meal that had gone wrong - went in to use it the other day, and the lady who took my order KNOWING I WAS USING A COMP CARD handed me a cold chicken sandwich and a 4-piece potato cake with one literal inedible one in the bag. It was cold, hard, and grease laden. With a thank you and a smile she handed that bag to me. I think she's a manager. Jokes on me I guess. So when I went to the counter to tell her, she said thanks for your feedback. That was my cue to get gone. No offer to now make the new issue right. BTW there was another woman there with me when I ordered. She asked for fresh food this time citing that her food was cold last time so there's that. They've got a pattern happenin' dahn at the Arby's. Bring a mini microwave with ya the next time ya orda!! Or better yet, bring a garbage can because the hygiene practices and being practiced either.... On my way out, I looked down and her finger nails were so FILTHY I nearly lost the 3 palatable potato cakes I was able to get down. Do not recommend. Womp womp.

The mac and cheese is very good and curly fries are good but the steak bites look like little pieces of coal and are very dry. They appear to be overcooked. I truly wouldn't recommend them.
