  I’m not sure what magic they use in this particular Dunkin’ Donuts location, but I swear it is made with pure joy the way their coffee gives me life amen.

  I am a Dunkin lover. It is all that we drink.That being said, today I ordered a small latte (low foam) and a regular coffee. Both were so weak, they tasted like just water. When I patiently explained to the young woman and young man there, they began to make excuses. Being a Dunkin customer for over thirty years, I knew that their excuses were invalid; things like “decaf is always weaker” or lattes have more milk .” I will never go back to that Dunkin. Had they offered to remake it or showed some acknowledgment, the outcome would have been better. Also, unrelated, the store itself was not as clean and well maintained as I have experienced elsewhere.
