  Went to the drive thru for breakfast today. Despite nearly screaming at the order screen, the cashier asked me to repeat every single item I ordered. (Annoying, but whatever) Then we get our order. Munchkins were what they should be, coffee was standard. However I ordered the ultimate bacon breakfast sandwich and if that is what you serve, you should stick to donuts. It was ice cold, unbelievably flat like someone sat on it. One bite and I threw it away. No part of it was at all edible. Arguably one of the worst food items I've ever been served.

  Would be nice if yall changed your hours!! Just went through drive thru and another lady tried to go inside but doors are locked and yet the sign says open! If you arent opened then turn your inside lights off and the turn the open sign off as well!

  We went today 11-Jan-2026 at 7:25pm . We waited at the order sign and no one took our order. We tried saying hi anyone there. We drove up to the pickup window and didn’t see anyone. We drove back to the order sign and still no one. The sign says they’re open until 8pm . If they aren’t going to be able to staff then they need to change their hours!

  the two girls working on 1/9 around 7pm were the kindest ever and so helpful. my friend and i's coffee didn't taste right so we made the decision we never do which is to ask for it to be remade. they were sooo nice, made sure it was right, and gave us each a donut🩷 thank you

  Went thru drive thru ordered dozen doughnuts 3 sour cream, 3 powder cream filled, 3 glazed & 3 curlers. Out of this order thru got 3 right. The doughnuts were not fresh at all they were really cold. I wonder if they put unbought doughnuts in the refrigerator or freezer & sell them the next day. Unbelievable very disappointing experience won't be back.
