- DHDiane HedlandJul 7, 20211.0I inadvertently placed an order at this Subway as the app recognized it as being the closest to me. I immediately called this store and cancelled the order. That was 3 weeks ago and they still have not refunded my money. Really poor customer service.
- ADAngela DenggFeb 18, 20211.0They rushed through my subs so fast they didn't toast them when I told them to. I said everything except spinach and they missed 3 different things. I said my husband wants 1 line up an 1 line down of ranch,she squarted it all over and they were just thrown together because they wanted to leave. I heard them after I walked away. This was the worst experience I've ever had with them. The 2 girls on shift at 745-8pm Thursday February 18th were terrible customer service.!!
- DJDavid JerasaJan 4, 20201.0I have wend to subway in Walmart in new castle pa and I wanted to order a chicken Teriyaki foot long sub I don’t know way the saying eat fresh that subway saying they was out of the chicken I what to have but I settled on a old burnt meat ball sub if I what that I would go to get my frozen meat ball form the store I don’t know way they need a kcup I was just asking for hot water and told that she was not aloud too do that.
