  is ignoring people at the counter a new thing this location is doing? I understand you can get busy at times, but I was the only one at the counter, the employees have tunnel vision for door dash and drive through, the walk in customer can just stand there until they get around to it.

  Hey, it's a McDonald's. But if you buy the right stuff, at the right times, your food will be well assembled. I eat here when the Penguins win, so they give a Big Mac away free with a dollar purchase. Cannot go wrong with that. Lunchtime the food is always well made, and if you like McDonald's, it's good. And this specific McDonald's is as good as it gets.

  Walked in because their drive-thru was up to the road. All I wanted was a sandwich they insisted on trying to sell me a value meal and I said I just want the sandwich I just need something to tie me over. Also asked for no pickles and it must have had a dozen or more on it. And they wonder why no one wants to go there

  Orders are frequently missing items and food is often made incorrectly. Below is just one example from this morning. Ordered mcgriddle with no sausage (aka griddle bun only), received a mcgriddle with sausage, egg & cheese and there never shouldve been cheese & egg to begin with. This ended up in the trash. Photo 3: New visit for one sandwich & coffee. Sandwich inedible. Even my coworkers say theyd never eat it, so i know Im not being unreasonable. Also, their message tells me leave feedback. Ive already done that for both orders above, no response via email or phone.
