I told the staff I would like a crispy chicken biggie bag with onion added to the sandwich. There were no issues with the first bag. I the asked for an additional crispy chicken biggie biggie back with no onion, just regular. She did not add the additional biggie bag and instead rung it up as a regular crispy chicken sandwich with chicken nuggets. I then repeated the order back to the wait staff as a crispy chicken biggie bag add onion to the sandwich with a honey bbq and a honey mustard with a Dr Pepper to drink and another crispy chicken biggie bag with the regular sandwich and honey bbq and honey mustard with a Dr Pepper. She said that everything was correct once I repeated it back to her. She did not tell me the total of the order but I pulled up to the first window and the total was 10.05 which sounded about right for 2 biggie bags so I didn’t question it. I then pay and pull up to the next window and the manager on staff is ready to hand the food out. I say “hi thank you”, I get no response and instead I get my bag of food shoved in my face and I put the bag of food on the seat and turn back to grab the two drinks I am expecting. She only hands me one Dr pepper and then slams the window door before I can finish saying thank you. I was shocked so I waited for her to reopen the window and I ask her politely where the other Dr Pepper is. She looks at me and rolls her eyes and repeats the order back to me saying only ordered one Dr Pepper. I told her that the woman at the window must’ve rung it up wrong because that’s not what I asked for. She then says well that’s what you paid for. And I told her I ordered two biggie bags and biggie bags come with a drink, so why would she ring it up that way if I asked for a biggie bag. She then rolls her eyes and leaves the window open and then speaks to another woman I could not see saying “no you’re fine, you rung her order up correctly.” She then comes back over to the window with the Dr Pepper I expected to be in the original order and says “here just take it”

Friendly staff but mediocre food, that's any Wendy's though. Prices seemed normal for the time. Restaurant did feel clean and the Coke machines are always cool.

The staff in the drive thru are very rude, the woman practically yelling at me because of an order mix up as she tried to get her point across and I just wanted to make sure I was getting what I ordered.
There were no utensils given or the correct sauces (in fact only half of them were there being the two mystery ones) and one of my friends was immediately sick and vomited after eating the burger they ordered...
Besides all that? I suppose it was fine /s
