    I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it literally didn’t have NO chicken also they forgot one of my items I had to ask for it over all really bad service.

    Ordered at the kiosk and waiting a good bit. They were really busy. Spent an easy $50 for horrible tacos! The soft shells were just falling apart and breaking. They were over packed and meat was ridiculously greasy. We were completely disgusted. I call the store and asked for a manager to let them know how the food was. I spoke with a Derek who claimed he was the manager. After I explained how our food was, he waiting and said "what would you like me yo do about?" Very rude and disrespectful. Would not give me a corporate number and hung up on me. I will not be going back there! Not worth it! There are better tacos in town.

    So slooooow, no organization, rude. I could go on... over 20 minutes for simple orders.. food finally ready, but no needed another 5 min for a drink.

    Food wasn't fully cooked. They cole slaw was very watery. The service sucks. They were not busy waiting for a cashier for. Decided to do kiskis. Got my order forgot to give me my cups for my drinks and also forgot my ranch.

    We bought 2 buckets of chicken tenders through the app. It was not worth the money for the quality. If you want quality chicken tenders, go to Raising.Canes.
