- CWCallie WhitingOct 31, 20252.0Really disappointed. My fiancé and I always get this place but the last two times I have been missing things on my sandwich from mobile ordering. This time tho put me over the edge. I got my BMT sub. I always get mayo, vinegar, and oil. Ordered an HOUR before I needed it to give time because I know they can get slammed during lunch. Go in to pick it up. Sit down, and after a couple bites I realize there are no condiments. Went to the cashier to say there are no condiments on my sub that I took like 3 bites out of. She takes my eaten sub splits it open and just throw condiments on it. My subs a mess. I feel that is unsanitary… while I’ll still eat here because it’s close to work. This is just so they do better. I’m not grossed out by things but the fact there was a line and she put my contaminated food near where other peoples food is grossed me out. EDIT: after a couple more bites, we also realized neither of our subs are toasted…. When they are supposed to be….

- S5shall 5867Dec 12, 20201.010/2024: Definitely not my go to place anymore. Very dryed out bread again. Will be skipping this one from now on. 2023: Well tonight I got dry not fresh bread here. Missing tomatoes too so I just put my own on it. This has been the best subway in the area of the ones I go to. Hoping they will start curbside pickup as well.
