Girl that took my order really didn't seem to listen when I ordered. Got a latte and two turkey sausage,egg, and cheese English muffins was my order. Which came to 15 bucks. Didn't think much when I ordered my latte. I said hot but I don't think she was listening. While waiting for my food that took a good 10 mins to get. One worker stated that there was a funky smell.. another coworker spoke up and stated "its probably those ambulance drivers." Her coworker started to laugh and to have her shush real quick. This establishment back when it opened ran alot smoother and the workers seemed to care and not make rude comments. Latte finally comes up and its an iced one. Sandwiches were not up yet with almost 10 mins have gone by and others have placed orders and got their hot food after mine. Told the worker I wanted a hot latte. She kind of gave an attitude and said well I can make another. At this point I just took it and asked for the sandwiches. After leaving the sandwiches were even the wrong ones. This place needs to do better. The blatant disrespect for Healthcare workers shows the quality of individuals that are employed there.
