- JYJoanne YoungJan 26, 20261.0Stopped for dinner on our way home about 3 weeks ago. This was the worse meal we ever ate at a Chipotle. The girl making our food, me a chicken bowl and a burrito for my husband, was rude. She was extremely impatient with our choices. We had only eaten at a Chipotle once before. Making our choices she never smiled, was rude when we asked what an item was then just slopped it onto our choices. The chicken looked and tasted like it had been out all day as it was extremely dry and somewhat burned. To top it off, she was wearing gloves, which was good but she was also running register, She never changed her gloves between making meals and making change. We will never go back due to the uncleanliness shown, dirty tables, rotten dried out food and an employee who was rude, ignorant and obviously not cut out for working with the public. All this went on while the manager nearby and him not stepping up as he had to see what was going on.
