  I am about to leave a review almost exactly the same as I did 9 months ago. I placed my order on the app and it was to be ready at 10:13pm. I get there at 10:18 and give my name and am told to pull around they are working on it now. So I have to wait at window for them to prepare order when it should already be done and waiting for me. Employee told me he waited til I got there to prepare. Then why even bother to order ahead of time if u have to wait anyway! The next day I called and spoke with manager on duty, Jane I think, and she told me that they wait til customers get there at night to prepare orders so it is fresh. If I order for a certain time and I am late, it is not arbys fault that I am late. Orders should be filled and ready at requested time. Manager said she will leave my name but u should call just to make sure they have it done. My mistake, this review was supposed to be for the Arby's on ellwood road.

  Last visit was the first Friday of lent. Manager had left 3 employees to deliver food/inventory to another store. When the rush hit they were short handed and became over fun with orders. I have never seen in my previous 12 years of restaurant employment a manager LEAVE to deliver to another store. Normally the store on need would sacrifice the body. This cause a crew of very flustered employees who did not filter there disgust from the dining rooms ears. Uncouth language was present while I died with my young daughter.
