However, this trip I took to try this Taco bell was AWFUL. I had never seen such a disrespectful manager. The older gentleman that works there was entirely rude to his staff, being disrespectful saying the harshest things I think an employee should not be hearing. I will not be coming to this establishment until that problem has been solved. I want to feel comfortable where I eat, not where I should be worried for the employees. Its just sad. He was even rude towards OTHER customers! Unbelievable. Do better.
- MWmya wilsonJan 20, 20261.0i have been waiting in the drive through for over and hour and a half on 1/20/26. and this isn’t the first time either. they always forget something when i place a mobile order. when you do get your food everything is always spilled out of the bag and a complete mess. and when you get to the window they say “pull up we’ll have your food out” then proceed to make you wait another 15 minutes. they do that because they are timed with the service in the drive through. definitely would NOT recommend coming here.

My chicken Quesadilla had the sauce all over instead of inside and also stuck to the paper when I tried to pull apart to eat. The restaurant atmosphere made me feel like it didn't matter as I could see 3 to 4 people in a break room I assume. Not sure what happened to the customer service at this location. I'm very disappointed.
