  Literally every time I order the royal brownie blizzard with extra hot fudge in the center I end up with zero hot fudge at all. Both ordering in person and online.

  Ordered the new crunch mint blizzard with sidecar as advertised on there website and the guy behind the counter looked at me like I was crazy. I explained what the website said he says oh ok a little sarcastically. I thought that meant he understood but no that meant you get what you get which was a blizzard with no sidecar. He had no idea what their current blizzard was and had no intention of finding out. Train your people in what you sell or have him in the background.

  Can DQ please keep up with the closing times at least on the app. It said that they closed at 9:30 but they closed at 9:00.
