- BKBlake KurtzmanNov 9, 20252.0Always been a big fan of Manhattan Bagel, especially this location. But since new ownership took over, the bagels are gummy, as if undercooked. I’ve been several times and it seems to be intentional. Not sure who would prefer this to a normal bagel cooked through.
