We normal have to eat late due to work schedules but don't usually have many issues, but today was different, as my husband ordered, and brought our food home only half of the order was there. So we called and I sent him back, while waiting we started eating. The frys were nice and hot, because I have to get them with no salt, but we each got a chicken but sandwiches that were ice cold, as you all know they don't taste right reheated in the microwave. Where are the old managers, they at least made sure the food was hot going out the window, this group tonight doesn't seem to care, except to clean up and get out early.

Food is always well made but we just went in and stood at the counter for 20 minutes and they did not take a single order from a dine in customer. A guy walked out from the front of the line after our first five minutes there so not sure how long he had waited. It was sad to see there was zero priority for dine in customers and none of the workers even acknowledged that people were waiting.
