I sat in the drive thru from 05:10 this morning until 05:21. Everyone who worked there looked at me staring in the window like I was crazy because all I wanted was my drink order. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt until I notice in actively being ignored. So I had to get to work and was expecting that early in the morning for it to take no more than a couple minute for someone to even acknowledge I was there. Well I told myself this is ridiculous and shouldn't have to wait anymore for someone to even come to the window to acknowledge me, so I left.

Even when ordering the same item regularly, the quality isn’t always the same. I also use mobile ordering frequently and place my order 10-15 minutes before arriving, but it’s often not ready when I get there. Since the remodel, the overall experience seems to have declined. The location looks nicer, but service and reliability haven’t improved.

It doesn’t matter if you go in or go through the drive thru. It’s very strange, I really don’t get it. Maybe I just happened to go on bad days but I’ve heard this opinion from others as well. Hopefully they hear this feedback and make adjustments.
