I sat in the drive thru from 05:10 this morning until 05:21. Everyone who worked there looked at me staring in the window like I was crazy because all I wanted was my drink order. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt until I notice in actively being ignored. So I had to get to work and was expecting that early in the morning for it to take no more than a couple minute for someone to even acknowledge I was there. Well I told myself this is ridiculous and shouldn't have to wait anymore for someone to even come to the window to acknowledge me, so I left.
- JJJenaJan 21, 20263.0This Dunkin is convenient, but service is consistently slow both in the drive-thru and inside. Staff attitude varies, and order consistency is an issue. Even when ordering the same item regularly, the quality isn’t always the same. I also use mobile ordering frequently and place my order 10-15 minutes before arriving, but it’s often not ready when I get there. Since the remodel, the overall experience seems to have declined. The location looks nicer, but service and reliability haven’t improved.
