    Ordered door dash, 2nd time from this location and it was once again terrible. Portions very disappointing and chicken was burnt and crunchy.

    Workers are flat out rude, the girls give side eyes and mope about doing their job, causal petty teenagers, walk away when you walk up to order, no sense of urgency

    sigh, usually go to the one in uniontown and decided to stop at this once since its closer. i did an order through ubereats pickup since they had a deal. i got 3 bowls, 2 bags of chips. and was extremely dissapointed and underwhelmed. the proportions were WAY off. my chips were soggy. and 2 of my bowls were missing multiple items. i did catch the girl working on online orders missing one of my items and i made sure to remind her and she got me my things. and i drove 30 mins back home and opened my bowls and it being kind of upsetting. chipotle is NOT cheap. and for what i paid.. i felt robbed. its a newer location so i hope they better themselves but still im dissapointed.

    Nothing was prepared. Most of the food was empty. We were rushed. I was given a very small scoop of rice and chicken. I usually have enough for lunch the next day and didn’t. The food was cold like it was in the fridge including the chicken and rice. Trash was over flowing and the tables were mostly dirty. The workers other than the girl getting our food didn’t seem to really care. Won’t be going back here. Sucks because it’s the closest to us.

    Second time we have tried this location. First time the portions were super small. Like the size of small Taco Bell burrito. This time the food better portions, but it was ice cold. The rice wasn't even cooked. The small amount of rice in the burrito was hard and crunchy. There was seeds in my guacamole. The steak was super over cooked. Very disappointed we love chipotle and has visited many across PA and various states, never have been to one this back sadly.
