  The manager lady at this place is very rude and got my order wrong twice and made me feel badly for asking it to be corrected.

  This was an absolutely unacceptable and deeply disturbing experience at this Wendy’s. An older female employee behaved in an aggressively rude and hostile manner from the very beginning. She threw a crispy burger onto the tray in front of my child — not placed, but tossed — which was shocking and completely disrespectful. She then refused to properly serve us, repeatedly walking away and sending other employees instead. It was obvious she did not want to deal with us, and her behavior made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable the entire time. The impact on my children was immediate and upsetting. My daughter became so intimidated by her tone and attitude that she froze, lost her ability to speak, and forgot what she wanted to order. My son was so uncomfortable with the tension and negativity that he left and waited in the car. This is beyond unacceptable for what should be a simple, family-friendly environment. Our English is not perfect, but that does not justify being treated with hostility or disrespect. Customer service requires basic decency, patience, and professionalism — all of which were completely lacking. Her reaction to us using app deals was also inappropriate. These promotions are offered by the company, and no employee has the right to make customers feel unwelcome or judged for using them. We left feeling stressed, upset, and shaken. I personally felt physically unwell after this interaction, including a strong headache caused by the level of stress and negativity. This is not just bad service — this is behavior that should not be tolerated in any customer-facing position. It reflects extremely poorly on Wendy’s as a brand. I expect this incident to be taken seriously and reviewed by management immediately. No family should ever be treated this way.

  The manager was awesome! The rest of the staff seemed to be...elsewhere. The food was good, hot, and quick. Our frosties are excellent.

  Just came from there, got a taco salad, cheese was cold but almost liquid consistency, I don't even know if it's cheese, the salad smells of bad lettuce and the salad is half brown, it's not worth even trying to get a refund for this because I know I'll have to jump through hoops for 9$ but I'll never return because of this, I gave this location too many chances, and the staff suck too, nasty attitudes and no meat on the salad either
