I was a manager at a Burger King before this so I know how customer service should be in this kind of establishment. I went around to get my sandwich back the right way, and the lady was very nasty saying that that wasn’t what we ordered. (it was) Not only was the employee and MANAGER both very nasty, but I got my burger back wrong again! They don’t listen to directions or maybe just don’t know how to do their job. I didn’t bother going back around to get it fixed because I didn’t want to receive anymore attitude as a paying customer and I’m trying to enjoy my Christmas eve. As someone who has experience in that field as a manager, Wendy’s should reevaluate their staff!!
