My son brought it to the counter, waited for a long time while the staff hung out in the back and ignored him, then the guy with dark facial hair argued with both of us. He then printed out our receipt SLAMMED it on the counter and stormed away. He then was ranting about it to another employee. He should not be working with customers! Horrible experience.
