  Went in yesterday and ordered a drink. The guy making it messes it up, throws the cup away. Realizes he can't make the drink without the tag. Reaches into the trash with bare hands and takes sticker off of the old cup from the garbage can and out it on the new cup without even washing his hands proceeded to make the new drink with garbage can sticker on it. I noticed and told them I didn't want it anymore. So what happens the one heavy set blonde girl there makes it again..at that point I didn't want the drink as I felt that store was unsanitary. I asked for a refund. She is like I can't give a refund without a receipt. Mind you the kiosk DOES NOT PRINT receipt. She couldn't seem to understand they you. Had a ticket print for the order. Means the order was paid for. So they ended up denying my refund and trespassing me because they couldn't be bothered to actually do any part of their job correctly. To add to that they made my friends order wrong. He ordered a large and got a medium. Never going to this store again even if I could. Matter of fact. I'll probably just be taking my business to a competitor.

  Went there a few weeks ago and they ran out of everything even donuts. Every drink we tried to order we were told we couldnt order because they ran out of syrups and other things to make the drinks which are adveetised on the board on the wall behind the counter. We tried to order three different drinks and they could not make them.This has never happened to us at a Dunkin' ever in our lives so we left.. really awful!

  I miss my man. Idk his name but the old manager that I haven’t seen in a while had this location whipped into shape. Today I went and waited 25 minutes for my poorly made food but at least they got the order right this time, half the time they forget stuff or add meat to my vegetarian order. There were multiple staff members on and the one I dealt with today was quite nasty as she jerked my bag into my hand as she walked away. Also word of advice: don’t go through the drive through if you value your undercarriage.
