Thinking it was a random promotion , when I got the bag said to the girl, must be my lucky day. Other employees came and looked out at me and thought it a bit odd. Started eating the burrito and I thought they put glass in it because the sensation was it crunched. Upon examining it , it was undercooked or not cooked at all rice . I felt so foolish that someone would do this to me I just left and didn’t complain. I can’t trust this location, charge or NO charge. I looked to see if I could email management first to no avail.
